TripLists
1. General
TripLists (the "Site") provides a platform for creators and users to organize and share travel recommendations. By using the Site, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.
2. Content and Data License
User Content
You retain ownership of your original text and photos. You grant TripLists a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and format this content to provide and promote the platform's services.
Operational & Aggregated Data
You agree that TripLists may collect and use structural data derived from your activity (such as location selections, categories, and tags).
Service Enhancement
TripLists reserves the right to use this aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve platform performance, search functionality, and to develop discovery or personalization features for all users.
3. Copyright Responsibility
The User confirms they own all rights to uploaded content. The User shall bear sole responsibility for any copyright infringement claims and shall indemnify the Site owners for any resulting expenses.
4. Service Quality and Limitation of Liability ("As-Is")
No Warranties
The service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. TripLists does not guarantee that the Site will be constant, error-free, or secure.
Bugs and Crashes
TripLists is not responsible for any technical failures, bugs, system crashes, or loss of information.
Right to Discontinue
TripLists reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Site at any time, with or without notice.
Liability Cap
TripLists and its owners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages. The total financial liability of the Site towards the User for any reason is limited to 0 (zero) NIS.
5. Data Management
The Site may remove or edit content at its discretion without notice. Even if an account is deleted, anonymized data points may be retained for system integrity and analytical purposes.
6. Privacy
Personal details (like email) are used for account management and operational updates only. We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.
